Job Summary
To support a growing recruitment effort, the remote Candidate Sourcer / Junior Recruiter will manage the top of the hiring funnel by sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates for sales, G&A, and R&D roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the senior recruiter.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for sales territories and source for G&A and R&D roles
- Conduct outreach through personalized messaging on LinkedIn and other channels, tracking effectiveness and improving response rates
- Perform first-round phone screens and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS, reporting weekly on pipeline health
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of sourcing, recruiting, or agency experience
- Experience sourcing for sales roles across multiple regions
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools such as Rippling or Ashby
- Ability to write personalized outreach messages
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
