Cannabis Merchandising Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the Merchandising Operations team, the temporary remote Cannabis Merchandising Associate will assist in executing merchandising strategies, ensuring competitive product representation, and enhancing customer navigation across in-store and online menus from early November to January 15, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a central liaison between Buying, Merch Ops, Retail Operations, and Digital teams to ensure timely information flow
- Maintain accurate product data and digital content to support retail and digital execution
- Support order-to-receipt processes through coordination of shipments, discrepancy resolution, and communication with retail partners
Required qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Solid understanding of Cannabis products and industry regulations
- Highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills
- Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
