Capacity Analyst
Job Summary
To support strategic workforce initiatives, the full-time remote Capacity Analyst will lead the design and optimization of enterprise workforce strategies, develop scalable workforce models, and provide advanced scenario modeling to align workforce planning with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve enterprise workforce planning frameworks across call center and field operations
- Develop complex scenario modeling to evaluate strategic business decisions and align workforce strategies with financial planning
- Lead the design and optimization of workforce management systems and enhance data infrastructure for workforce analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity strategy, or advanced analytics
- Proven experience designing workforce models and systems
- Deep experience with workforce technologies (WFM, ACD, FMS, BI, ERP systems)
- Strong experience with advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred
