Capacity Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support Scheduling Services, the full-time remote Capacity Management Analyst will manage template-related tickets and Cadence build work in Epic, ensuring efficient and standards-based scheduling across various specialties and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and resolve tickets related to provider and ancillary templates and scheduling configuration in Epic
• Build, maintain, and validate scheduling templates and Cadence configuration in alignment with specialty and system-wide standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving template design and scheduling workflows, providing consultative recommendations to operational partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant business experience, or High School Diploma with two years of relevant experience
• Strong computer skills with expert knowledge in Word, Excel, and EpicCare/eRecord preferred
• Ability to analyze operational and financial impacts of scheduling changes
• Experience in quality assurance and template validation processes
• Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 34
