Capacity Planning Manager
Job Summary
To support a complex transformation portfolio, the remote PMO - Capacity Planning Manager will lead the development and management of workforce and capacity plans, integrating demand forecasts, resource supply, and delivery priorities to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and maintain pod capacity as the operating model is implemented
- Build and maintain capacity plans that align resource supply with forecast demand
- Provide daily reporting on pod capacity, risks, and trends to leadership
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, resourcing, or PMO roles, with a focus on capacity planning
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting and resource allocation
- Experience creating dashboards and reports, with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Ability to produce concise reporting for senior leaders and influence decision-making
- Experience partnering with finance, HR, and delivery teams in a complex environment
