Capacity Program Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic relationships with insurance and reinsurance partners, the full-time Capacity Program Manager will manage day-to-day operations, oversee audits and compliance, and coordinate internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations with insurance and reinsurance carrier partners, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing
- Support regular audits, due diligence, and compliance requests with all carrier partners
- Facilitate the drafting and review of legal documents and contract wording to ensure compliance with carrier contracts and guidelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of reinsurance experience or relevant experience at an insurance carrier or MGA
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Operational experience or legal contract wording background is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
