Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic lending initiatives, the full-time hourly Capital Markets Analyst will manage loan participation activities, perform financial analysis, and coordinate reporting while working remotely within Pacific Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate loan participation servicing processes, investor reporting, and portfolio reconciliations
• Research and resolve data and reporting issues by collaborating with internal and external partners
• Build and maintain relationships with participation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, lending, capital markets, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of lending products, underwriting concepts, and portfolio performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• Preferred experience with loan participation programs and financial calculations
