Job Summary
To support a growing Capital Markets team, the full-time Manager, Capital Markets will manage day-to-day execution of secondary transactions, including whole loan trades and warehouse sales, while collaborating closely with various internal and external teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage short- and long-term trade plans, aligning liquidity needs and counterparty terms
- Oversee warehouse facilities, including line activity, sales, and tracking eligibility criteria
- Lead transaction execution from investor onboarding to settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or real estate
- 4+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, or mortgage banking
- Experience with whole loan trades or securitizations is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Tableau experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members is a plus
