Job Summary

Empowering students through personalized education, the part-time Capstone Project Mentor will guide individual learners through original capstone projects and provide specialist coaching in various skill areas, all while working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students through the ideation and completion of field-based capstone projects across multiple disciplines
• Conduct structured coaching sessions to build core skills in areas such as coding, entrepreneurship, and public speaking
• Support students through project or program completion, customizing approaches based on individual needs

Required qualifications

• A completed undergraduate degree, with a preference for graduates from top U.S. universities
• A few years of hands-on experience in relevant fields or specialist areas
• Deep expertise in one or more program fields or specialist coaching areas
• Experience managing projects or guiding others through structured processes
• Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting young people's development
