Capture and Growth Lead
Job Summary
To lead the development and execution of the Alliant 3 task order strategy, the full-time remote Capture and Growth Lead will build the A3 pipeline, establish capture processes, and identify opportunities aligned with core capabilities such as DevSecOps and AI/ML.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage the Alliant 3 task order pipeline
- Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities
- Establish a repeatable capture and opportunity review process
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience with Alliant 2/3 and federal IT business development
- Proven track record in pipeline development and capture management
- Ability to independently build and manage programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience in developing Navy-focused opportunities and capture strategies
- Familiarity with coordinating across business development and technical leadership
