Capture and Growth Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the Alliant 3 task order strategy, the full-time remote Capture and Growth Lead will build and manage the A3 pipeline, establish capture processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the Alliant 3 task order pipeline
- Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities
- Establish a repeatable capture and opportunity review process
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Alliant 2/3 and federal IT business development
- Proven track record in pipeline development and capture management
- Ability to independently build and own a program in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with U.S. Navy-related opportunities and strategies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Software Development, Data Analytics, and AI/ML
