Job Summary
Leading high-value pursuits for the Defense Solutions Team, the full-time remote Capture Manager will develop and execute capture management plans, conduct comprehensive analyses, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure compelling proposals for DoD and federal contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document capture management plans and strategies for each program
- Conduct requirements, competitive, capability, and price-to-win analyses to support successful capture efforts
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing coaching and resources to proposal teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience within the DoD industry
- Previous experience in Capture Management and developing Capture Plans
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience in proposal development and competitive analysis
