Capture Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end capture strategy, the remote Capture Manager will lead full lifecycle capture efforts, develop and execute capture plans, and manage relationships with partners to turn pipeline opportunities into contract wins for the federal portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from qualification through post-submittal, focusing on full and open opportunities
- Develop and execute capture plans, including win themes, competitive positioning, and price-to-win strategies
- Conduct competitive assessments and partner with cross-functional teams to shape winning solutions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of full lifecycle capture wins on unrestricted federal acquisitions
- Deep domain experience in VA, CMS, and/or DoD with strong customer relationships
- Experience leading capture team activities across business development, solutions, pricing, and proposals
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition strategies and government budgeting processes
- Bachelor's degree
