Job Summary
Driving strategy and execution for high-value business opportunities in the Federal Marketspace, the full-time remote Capture Manager will manage the end-to-end capture process, shape RFPs, and collaborate across teams to secure contract awards in Base Operations, Construction, and Logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead capture activities from strategy development through contract award, managing bid strategies and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to shape opportunities and align them with company capabilities
- Guide proposal development activities, ensuring alignment with RFP requirements and a cohesive winning strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of capture management experience with a track record of successful captures
- Proven ability to develop win strategies and manage capture processes for Federal customers
- Strong customer engagement and networking skills within the Federal environment
- Competence with Shipley frameworks and managing gate reviews (Strategy, Bid, Proposal)
- Strategic thinker capable of developing innovative win strategies and solutions
