Job Summary
Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, the full-time remote Capture Manager - Government Contracts will manage the entire capture lifecycle for U.S. government opportunities, including proposal development and customer engagement across federal and defense markets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent research to identify and qualify business opportunities and maintain a robust pursuit pipeline
- Engage with federal agency stakeholders to shape requirements and build relationships that influence RFP structure
- Lead proposals end-to-end, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and integrating inputs from cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development for U.S. government contracts
- Proven ability to develop capture plans and manage complex, multi-volume submissions
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal procurement processes and proposal structure
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
