Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Card Analyst will prepare clients for Keystone implementation by managing card product planning, configuring card databases, and handling card conversion data while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze development specifications and interfaces through conversion data
- Act as the primary liaison between Card Services and Development, facilitating installations and testing new card-related interfaces
- Develop an in-depth knowledge base of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes with guidance from senior Card Analysts
Required qualifications
- Three months to twelve months of related experience
- A two-year college degree, completion of a specialized course of study, or equivalent job-specific training
- Basic understanding of card processing networks and conversion processes
- Ability to follow established team procedures and standards
- Demonstrated initiative and teamwork in a collaborative environment
