Job Summary
Supporting the growth and management of a debit card program, the full-time remote Card Product Analyst will analyze program performance metrics, enhance reporting dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain card program performance dashboards and management reporting
- Monitor card activation and usage metrics to identify trends and prepare recommendations
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and support product enhancements to improve customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields
- Experience with debit, prepaid, or credit card products preferred
- Familiarity with card network mandates and regulations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
