Care Access Representative

Job Summary

To support the primary care scheduling team, the full-time Care Access Representative will manage patient registration processes, including scheduling outpatient appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating communication, all while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor in a busy call center or outpatient clinical environment
• Verify and enter key patient information, ensuring accuracy for patient safety and billing processes
• Schedule patient appointments and actively attempt to reschedule cancellations as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement
• One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
