Job Summary
Supporting the Care Coordinators, the part-time Care Adviser, Medical and Mental Health will execute care-related tasks, conduct research, and ensure high-quality results for members in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a variety of care-related tasks to support Care Coordinators in delivering a high-quality member experience
- Conduct thorough research to gather, analyze, and synthesize information that supports members' caregiving needs
- Proactively communicate updates and task progress while ensuring all assigned tasks meet quality standards
Required qualifications
- Remote Work Experience
- Associates Degree or Higher
- 3+ years work experience in Health Care or Caregiving field, along with customer service or administrative experience
- Medical: Experience researching and vetting medical providers and specialists
- Mental Health: Experience in mental health/substance abuse with knowledge of diagnoses and locating providers
