Care Advisor Concierge
Job Summary
As a full-time Care Advisor Concierge, the successful candidate will assist benefit recipients in navigating the product platform, recommend service offerings, and support order completion while working remotely from Miami, FL during designated shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist members with assessments and recommend service plans based on individual needs
- Coordinate and schedule services while following up with members through outbound calls
- Support clients in accessing community resources such as homecare, meals, and transportation
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in Public/Community Health or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in social services, care coordination, or healthcare navigation
- Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of clerical functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
