Job Summary
To support a growing virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, the full-time Care Advocate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, assisting with appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and ensuring effective communication in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Address patient and provider inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments to enhance engagement
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
Required qualifications

- Experience working in a remote environment
