Care Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the continuum of care for TRICARE Beneficiaries, the full-time remote Care Coordinator will provide telephonic customer service, schedule medical services, and resolve inquiries while working flexible shifts, including weekends and potential overtime.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic customer service, including chat and video modalities, to TRICARE Beneficiaries
- Schedule medical services based on Registered Nurse triage dispositions and customer availability
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues regarding TRICARE eligibility while maintaining sensitivity to military culture
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in a dynamic contact center environment
- Ability to manage time and adhere to scheduled activities
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
