Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly motivated, the fully remote Care Coordinator will support patients and healthcare professionals throughout the care journey by managing intake calls, providing product education, and ensuring accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and explain the features and benefits of Wellspect's product lines during initial patient interactions
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, completing intake calls and addressing questions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Accurately document all patient and provider interactions in Brightree and Salesforce, maintaining complete patient records in accordance with internal procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or healthcare-related discipline preferred
• Previous hands-on experience using Brightree in a professional setting is required
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or highly regulated role preferred
• Experience in a call center, medical device company, or healthcare environment is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable
