Supporting patient and family engagement, the part-time Care Experience Associate will facilitate scheduling needs and administrative functions remotely, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience and collaboration across various care teams.

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of professional customer service experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for healthcare coordination or behavioral health
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to changes in direction or initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities
• Passion for customer service and commitment to mental health advocacy
