Job Summary
Leading daily Intake operations, the full-time Care Management Intake Manager will oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and workflow adherence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining audit readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Intake team, ensuring steady production and adherence to workflows
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance audits, addressing productivity and quality issues as needed
- Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures while monitoring compliance and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Background in TPA, health plan, medical management services, or medical billing
- Knowledge of NCQA and URAC standards is a plus
