Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their healthcare experience and coordinate each step of the patient journey
- Schedule appointments, complete chart prep, and ensure accurate documentation in required systems
- Advocate for patients by tracking their needs and communicating with providers to resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with direct patient support
- Experience scheduling patient appointments, including multi-provider or specialty scheduling
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems for documenting patient information
- Knowledge of HIPAA and relevant healthcare regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide compassionate support
