Care Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations for care delivery teams, the full-time remote Care Operations Associate will manage clinician scheduling, licensure and credentialing, quality assurance, and operational coordination to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily operational activities across clinical and patient-facing teams, ensuring smooth processes and timely task completion
• Maintain clinician schedules, monitor scheduling gaps, and support workforce planning and capacity management
• Track and manage licensure and credentialing activities, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or a related healthcare setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing operational processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Proactive and resourceful mindset, capable of troubleshooting and taking ownership of tasks
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and operational tools
