Care Technical Manager
Job Summary
To support a long-term remote initiative, the Care Technical Manager will manage core network technologies for mobile telecommunications, including 5G and LTE, while providing customer-facing support and escalation management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms
- Ensure effective management of core network technologies, including CNF/VNF and IP connectivity
- Provide 24/7 customer support and manage escalations effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or IT
- Strong hands-on experience with Nokia Container Services (NCS)
- Proficiency in 5G/LTE Core, VoLTE/VoWiFi, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with L2/L3 networking, routing, switching, and firewalls
- Familiarity with protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, RADIUS, and Diameter
