Job Summary
Seeking a remote, contract Care Technical Manager, the ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in telecom core networks and cloud environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage customer escalations while ensuring effective resolution of critical incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support for telecom core network and cloud infrastructure environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G Core and Telco Cloud platforms
- Manage technical escalations across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Nokia Container Services (NCS) is mandatory
- Professional experience in Telecom/Wireless Core Networks and Telco Cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of 5G/LTE Core, VoLTE, and Kubernetes/OpenStack
- Experience providing 24/7 production or emergency support
