To support a project already underway, the temporary Career Frameworks Specialist will work remotely within 100 miles of NYC, Seattle, Cupertino, or Culver City, focusing on assessing and finalizing career frameworks for various functional roles, ensuring alignment with internal standards and stakeholder needs.
Key responsibilities
- Review existing project materials and conduct a gap analysis to prioritize remaining work
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to resolve questions and secure approvals
- Create final deliverables, including framework documentation and rollout content
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in career architecture, competency modeling, or related HR field
- Demonstrated experience building or implementing career frameworks from start to finish
- Proven ability to assess project status and drive completion independently
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
