Job Summary
Proactively developing partnerships with students and graduates, the remote Career Specialist will provide personalized coaching services, assist with job search strategies, and facilitate professional skills training to help achieve education and career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with students and graduates to support their job search strategies and career advancement
- Develop partnerships with employers to host presentations, market student skills, and source job leads
- Collect, analyze, and report on graduate employment outcomes and service-related metrics for assigned cohorts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing, career services, coaching, or similar roles
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Google applications
- Ability to work independently and manage competing demands effectively
- Experience in delivering training sessions and engaging audiences in a professional manner
