Cargo Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an inquisitive individual, the remote Cargo Claims Specialist will manage claims processing, provide solutions, and serve as the in-house expert for customers and carriers, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Process cargo claims and develop effective solutions throughout the claims lifecycle
• Act as the primary resource for claims-related inquiries from customers and carriers
• Collaborate with team members while working independently on assigned claims

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of in-house claims processing experience
• Experience in claims and operational logistics is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to build interpersonal relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a goal-oriented mindset
