Case Entry Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Case Entry Specialist will support healthcare operations by accurately transcribing client data from Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) into designated electronic formats while monitoring shared inboxes and following up with clients or internal teams for additional information.
Key responsibilities:
- Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into required electronic formats and ensure accuracy
- Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, documenting incoming communications
- Export and upload documents using the proprietary system while assisting other departmental functions as needed
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook and MS Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently
