Job Summary
Seeking a remote Case Manager II, the candidate will manage electronic discovery projects, providing technical consultation and coordinating activities throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle while working independently with minimal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the technical aspects of electronic discovery requirements and support the strategic and legal aspects of assigned projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, providing expert consultation on technology and best practices
- Develop and implement project plans covering data collection, processing, document production, and trial support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne
- Demonstrated experience providing eDiscovery support for cases of similar size and complexity with minimal supervision
- Experience constructing complex searches, creating batching and quality control workflows, and generating reports
- Relativity or RelativityOne certification is highly desirable
