Casework Document Reviewer

Job Summary

To support disaster recovery efforts, the full-time remote Casework Document Reviewer will evaluate and verify documentation submitted by clients affected by Hurricane Helene, ensuring accurate processing of cases to aid in their recovery.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyze documents to determine eligibility for disaster recovery assistance
• Verify the accuracy and authenticity of documents in alignment with program guidelines
• Communicate with caseworkers for additional information and maintain accurate client documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling a high volume of cases
• Familiarity with disaster recovery programs and eligibility criteria is a plus
• Empathetic approach when communicating with diverse groups and individuals
