Job Summary
To support the Lodging line of business, the full-time Cash Application Specialist will manage the processing of client payments, ensuring accuracy and reducing outstanding Accounts Receivable balances in a hybrid work environment based in St. Charles, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Processing Lockbox, electronic, and physical check payments against invoices and general ledger accounts
- Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies while assisting client-facing staff with payment inquiries
- Reviewing weekly and monthly aging discrepancies and supporting disputed credit card payments
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of data entry or high-volume call center experience
- Prior Accounts Receivable or payment processing experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Excel
- D365, ACT database, High Radius, One Inc, and/or Orbital experience is a plus
