Cash Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Independently managing complex cash application activities, the full-time Cash Applications Analyst will process high-volume customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple methods and platforms
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, unidentified payments, and account discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or accounting operations
• Advanced understanding of A/R processes, payment application, and reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
• Experience working within ERP and financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
