Cash Applications Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Cash Applications Manager will oversee cash application operations, ensure accurate payment processing, and drive automation and process improvements while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cash application associates, setting priorities and performance expectations
• Oversee end-to-end cash application processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment application
• Develop executive reporting and analytics to provide insights into cash trends and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application, with hands-on management of unapplied cash
• 5+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
• 3+ years of experience with cash application automation technology
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in building KPIs and executive-level reporting
