Cash Posting Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the Cash Posting Specialist will post payments and adjustments for revenue cycle outsourcing clients, ensuring timely and accurate application of payments for Medicare and non-Medicare invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cash posting for Medicare and Non-Medicare invoices
- Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations for assigned clients
- Track missing payments and report variances in cash posted to cash deposit
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, specifically in payment application and adjustment reviews
- Experience with Home Health/Hospice/Skilled Nursing EMR systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills
