Job Summary
To support healthcare revenue cycle improvement, the full-time Cash Posting Supervisor will oversee staff performance, ensure daily cash reconciliation, and collaborate on training initiatives, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and address training or performance issues regularly
- Ensure daily cash postings are reconciled with bank deposits and conduct routine quality audits
- Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans and participate in new client start-up activities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare cash posting within healthcare systems
- Experience in healthcare or a healthcare service-related business
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with quick turnaround and quality output
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
