To enhance customer engagement, the full-time Casino Sales Support Specialist will manage inbound calls from casino guests and travel partners, facilitating new bookings, upgrades, and reservation changes while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales and service calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns while meeting productivity standards
- Update reservations and promotions, waiving penalties and fees to maintain guest goodwill and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Participate in ongoing feedback sessions and perform call-backs as requested by management to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years of customer service call center experience required
- Experience navigating and resolving escalated customer issues
- Availability to attend 6 weeks of training and work specified hours post-training
