Casualty Claims Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Casualty Claims Instructional Designer, the position will design and deliver learning experiences that enhance claim judgment, negotiation strategies, and customer communication while supporting the Casualty Injury College program.

Key responsibilities

• Coaches and supports learners and designers through learning exercises
• Designs and delivers learning offerings aligned to business and enterprise strategies
• Measures learning effectiveness and provides actionable recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• Expertise in casualty claims, including evaluation accuracy and negotiation strategy
• Experience in instructional design and developing blended learning solutions
• Strong knowledge of scenario-based learning and applied learning experiences
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Background in coaching and providing feedback to drive skill adoption
