Job Summary
Providing essential support to enhance relationships between Casualty customers and network providers, the full-time Casualty Support Specialist will educate providers, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of policies while working closely with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Educate providers on policies and trends affecting their participation in the network
- Act as a liaison for interpreting No-Fault and Workers' Compensation contracts
- Research and analyze provider contract and claim issues, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and claims processing
- Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel
- Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
