Catalog Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Catalog Operations Analyst (US Based-Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the event catalog by adding and maintaining event and ticket level data
- Handle requests for catalog changes and troubleshoot data issues
- Monitor schedules and announcements for event creation and update information as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as determined by the department manager
- Experience in the sports and entertainment ticketing industry is preferred
