Category Development Manager
Job Summary
Assisting the Sr Category Development Manager, the full-time Category Development Manager will lead the category management process for Family Care categories at Target, focusing on developing growth strategies through data analysis and retailer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and track key business metrics to drive category growth
- Develop strategic recommendations for assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising
- Utilize space planning software to create and validate planograms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant CPG experience
- Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI) preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales Analysis and/or Category Management experience preferred
