Job Summary

A company in the retail industry is looking for a Category Inventory Management Dockers Senior Manager for the Dockers business in the US and Canada.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop profitable inventory strategies and flow strategies for replenishment and seasonal goods
• Partner with various departments to improve processes and develop best practices for inventory and production planning
• Lead team members to achieve performance goals and ensure ongoing career development occurs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience specifically in the Retail or Apparel Industry
• Must have managed at least 2 direct reports
• Experience in financial analysis to determine optimum profitability strategies for inventory flow
• Ability to develop strong, trust-based, cross-functional and peer relationships
• Excel in ambiguous environments with composure
