Job Summary
Strategically leading global category management for capital equipment, the full-time Category Lead, Capital Equipment will manage supplier relationships, execute sourcing strategies, and optimize total cost of ownership while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including negotiations and contract awards for capital equipment
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers while evaluating performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management

- Strong understanding of contract development and supplier performance management
