Job Summary
Managing strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Category Leader - MRO Procurement will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and optimize MRO spend while collaborating with internal stakeholders, with a strong preference for candidates near Kohler, WI, though remote options are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO and related spend categories
- Lead agreement renewals and manage the full RFx process, including supplier engagement and negotiation
- Identify cost savings opportunities and partner cross-functionally to understand business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in MRO purchasing/procurement
- Significant experience leading supplier negotiations and managing complex contracts
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Experience with supplier management and contract management systems
