Category Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective management of key corporate and operational categories.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies by analyzing market trends and stakeholder needs
• Manage the RFP process and supplier negotiations to drive strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and suppliers to enhance service delivery and quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Proven ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in developing and executing RFPs and managing supplier contracts
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder engagement strategies
