Category Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support key corporate and operational initiatives, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Facilities and Corporate Services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies while maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Leverage analytics to support data-driven decisions and drive improvements in quality and delivery performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Ability to analyze category spend and apply cost and supply market analytics
- Familiarity with negotiation strategies and processes in a sourcing context
